Kundalini Yoga and Meditation
Kundalini Yoga is a unique practice that focuses on realigning our glandular (emotions), nervous (mind) systems, and immune (spirit) systems so that we may increase our life experience of happiness, health, and sacredness.
The particular yoga exercises stimulate the kundalini energy which sits at the bottom of the spine and help the energy rise up to the crown of the head through the different energetic centers of the body—the chakras. It purifies, detoxifies, energizes, and empowers the body and spirit in significant ways.
Practicing Kundalini yoga sharpens your psychic abilities, strengthens your immune system, and open your heart—it connects and awakens you to the divine being that you are! Historically, Yogi Bajhan brought Kundalini yoga to the west in 1969. It was until then an exclusive practice only taught in secret. He was instructed and inspired to make it available to the public so that people would have appropriate tools to transition to the Aquarian age. He quickly convinced the 60’s and 70’s counter culture that there was a way to become naturally blissfully high without any stimulating agent.
This practice is absolutely safe and taught by experienced teachers. Some adjustments will be clarified for women who are under their cycle.
Kundalini sessions during the conference will be relatively short, just enough to serve the alignment and centering process. Participants are invited to the longer sessions which will take place during the pre and post conferences, and on the pre-dawn hours of January 24th!

Special meditations will be conducted between the conference sessions in order to facilitate the flow between the stars and the earth. Human beings are processing conduits and in the presence of exposed to higher knowledge, it is appropriate to calibrate our bodies and beings accordingly.
